Charles Leclerc brought out red flags in Friday practice (FP1) at the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix after crashing at Turn 4 of the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Driving for Scuderia Ferrari, Leclerc lost the rear of his SF-25 and slammed into the barriers, causing a big impact and visible shunt damage to the front-left of the car.
Though it wasn’t at the infamous Wall of Champions, the crash still underscored the challenge of Montreal’s tight, high-speed layout. Leclerc walked away unhurt, but Ferrari faces a race against time to complete repairs ahead of FP2.
